    As a child, I have always had admiration for creating, cooking and baking. As my love for cooking and baking grew, I begin to explore more into sweet treats. My grandmother, the late Mrs. Rosie Smart was THE cook. Watching and admiring her gifts, hard work and dedication to her brick and mortar, allowed me to discover what was in me!
