Please check your order upon retrieval and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Please email us at itscookietasticbakery@gmail.com to give us the opportunity to rectify the issue. We strive to offer quality products and to supersede our customers expectations and overall experience.  You have 2 day window to report any issues concerning your order.

All sales are final. It's Cookie-tastic Bakery does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our production or packaging of the goods. In the event that we assume fault, and the complaint criteria is met, all complaints will be investigated. If the product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to withhold a refund. Refunds are processed only when we have inspected the damaged product and have thoroughly investigated the refund claim.

We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by our shipping partner due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping or address information collected by the customer, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. This is why we ship Priority, to ensure that your package is insured in case this occurs.

Order Cancellation Policy

We take pride in processing our orders in a quick manner. Depending on our baker,  it may be too late to modify or cancel your order. Contact us immediately at itscookietasticbakery@gmail.com. We will try our best to accommodate you.
